Any recommendations for dash cameras?
i have a F200 pro in one of my cars. now discontinued but it has been in two accidents and I’ve never had a problem getting footage from it. The newer models are even better. I actually plan on doing a new model or nicer model in the car that has been wrecked twice. Not because it doesn’t work anymore, but just because it seems this car has bad luck and I might like better footage. And then I’ll just put the F 200 in my new beater car. I think I am the biggest dealer for thinkware in my state at this point. Not sure how that happened but I like the company and the products are good. I won’t use anything else they have saved my ass on four occasions

I have had 3 Thinkwares over the years on various cars, and they all work fine. Looking back at their site, it seems like they've added new features (smart integration) to a lot of their models since I've bought mine. I'm on my second F200(now Q200) since the first was in a car I sold, I like it because it's small, decent quality video, and I can download the videos to my phone. The wifi connectivity is a little wonky when I'm in home wifi range, as they seem to compete on my android. I also have the old U1000 or 2000. It has the built in screen but no wifi capability, so it's not as convenient to view the videos.

i sell and install thinkware products, my customers are very happy and i have them in all 5 of my vehicles. some models are a 3 year warranty if professionally installed by a dealer which is impossible to beat. i like how low profile they are and they dont have screens. the app is a little clunky until you play around and get it figured out, i walk through it with my customers on their phone and everyones been fine with it. its improved over time but they are still working on fixes for the app so it will get even better

We have the Q850 from Thinkware, this is a front and back set. The app sucks so badly but the cameras are solid and extra features like notifications when the green light comes on or the vehicle before you gets moving.
