  My husband’s a pilot and bought a travel pro back in 2016 when he started his career and it’s still great. No rips, tears, or broken zippers. Those things are built to last.

  Few times a year isn’t much travel at all. I had an ikea roller that lasted me a decade and is still good for similar travel. Id suggest the Travel Pro brand. Their fabric lines, entry and pro levels are well reviewed for the price

  Travelpro Luggage Review

  So, I’m late to the party but I also have some advice. I use Travel Pro luggage and agree, it’s is very high quality but their customer service can be trash. I ordered new luggage for myself and my husband a few years ago; two 3-piece sets, one black, one champagne. The 3-piece black set arrived but we only received the smallest piece of the champagne set. The medium and large pieces did not arrive. I emailed customer service about the issue. It took them several days to reply. When they did, their advice was to check inside the one piece we received because the other pieces were likely inside. So, think about that. They wanted me to look inside the smallest piece of luggage for the medium and large pieces we didn’t receive. What? Despite my frustration and their ridiculous response, I politely replied explaining that scenario simply wasn’t possible. Then I waited and waited for another response. After 4 or 5 days, I posted a review of my experience on Trustpilot, with one star. Well, they must monitor that site closely because they responded to my review within 24-hours. They quickly rectified my situation snd sent the luggage I was missing. I then adjusted my review accordingly. I am now a satisfied customer despite the initial issues. I shouldn’t have had to go through all that in the first place but they came through in the end.

  What’s the best luggage for under $150

  I’ve loved my travel pro carry on, which I think was more than $150 and has lasted years so far with no issues. I also got a maxlite medium size expandable hard side spinner from them for my trip to Europe and it did really well. It was $187 before taxes, but at the time there was a discount and it came out to $182 total.
