My great grandpa's 1984 Troy Bilt tiller
I love the troybilt horses, we were lucky enough to find one from the 70s in fantastic shape, it runs like a champ and starts in 1 or 2 pulls every time. The only potential issue is the tines always spin as long as it’s in gear and there are 0 safety features, if it catches your pants or anything else for that matter, you’re gonna have a bad time. I think the carburetor was replaced otherwise besides the normal wear and tear parts it’s all original and will probably outlast me.

Snowblower - for hills
A Yamaha or Honda with tracks is definitely more than you need, but will make life easier for sure. I would suggest a smaller cut size just to make it easier to get up and down. Used is good if you can't afford new, just be sure to service it regularly (use fuel stabilizer, check belts, pins, etc). That being said, I managed decently for 10 years with a little Troy-bilt from Canadian Tire and I had a very steep driveway in Atlantic Canada, where we averaged probably 400cm of snow annually.

BIFL Request: Snow Blowers, does electric hold up?
Single stage is good for like 6-8in at most, then they start to get overwhelmed. I just bought a cheap 2 stage troy from Lowes 10 years ago and it's been great when needed. I'd imagine an electric 2 stage would be fine, just pony up for larger battery. I use electric everything for lawn care and larger batteries are key (6 amp hour).
