Any countertop ice maker that doesn’t turn moldy or break after a year?
HVACR tech that specializes in ice machines here. True makes excellent refrigeration products. they’re the only brand i recommend to my commercial clients for refrigeration. Manitowoc and Scotsman are both great under-counter options as well.

Refrigerator without smart/wifi without ice maker or water dispenser?
we have a "true" brand one and i've never noticed it being all that loud although it might be like how the people who live in that frank lloyd wright house allegedly can't hear the waterfall anymore

Walk-in fridge for house?
Call a commercial kitchen supplier in your area. Get a commercial fridge to match your space. I have a True T37 in my kitchen that I got used.

Walk-in fridge for house?
We've had a similar dilemma before. Before jumping into considering a walk in, have you looked into section fridges and/or storage fridges first? Avantco, True, Main Street are some that might possibly work for you. We had three standard 20" fridges+25 cuft chest freezer and looked into sectional fridges first. Had quite a lot of space we needed

Walk-in fridge for house?
Operating costs don't have to be higher than a regular refrigerator as long as you never open the door. The panels can be incredibly thick with a high R value and the door gasket can be better than the average residential fridge. Once the unit is chilled to the desired temperature, the compressor doesn't have to work very hard to keep it there. You WILL gain an incredible amount of heat in the system every single time you open the door though. Every time the door opens the cold air will pour out of the room and be replaced by warm air from the rest of the house. The compressor then has to get back to work to cool down that warm air and your house's HVAC also has to get to work to warm up all that cold air. To visualize the fluid dynamics of this system imagine the walk-in is full of cold liquid and what would happen if you opened the door. I don't know about you but when I cook a big meal I might open the fridge a dozen times. My recommendation if you want to go high end, or max storage is to get a commercial fridge instead of residential. Something like a True brand double door. They are better built and highly repairable.

In need of a treadmill for home gym
We have several pieces of equipment made by True. The treadmill is now 10+ years old (and thousands of miles) with normal maintenance only. I expect to get more years of use. You should be able to pick up a used one within your budget.
