What's the current best bang for buck standing desk that WFH folks love the most?
Varidesk*, and same here. I find it works very well and is a good cheaper option. The only caveat is if your desk is already high, you may find the monitor will sit too high in standing mode.

what are your BIFL ADHD products that make life easier?
My results with one varied. Standing definitely helps me. I ended up getting a desk topper from VariDesk. They are totally BIFL quality - super heavy duty and will no doubt last forever, but I ditched mine after a few years because I didn't use it enough and it takes up lots of room. My work set up just doesn't easily translate from sitting to standing. Maybe if I had a desk where the whole work surface went up and down, but we already have very expensive office furniture and my work wasn't going to spring for that. I have a good set of noise cancelling BT headphones that help keep me focused. I can also roam around my office with them when I'm on a call. When I need to really buckle down and focus on something specific, I usually leave my office entirely and go to a vacant conference room for a couple hours.

BIFL stand up desk/laptop adjustable height stand for desk?
Check out the wireless anker mouse on Amazon. They're amazing. I have 3 and they work great. I also have the new style Microsoft wireless ergo keyboard setup on my veridesk. No complaints really.
