Viofo. They have options ranging from $100 - $500. I've had the A129 plus on mine and my wife's cars for 3.5 years with no issues.

Yeah VIOFO is solid, been running mine for like 2 years now. The A119 V3 is a sweet spot for price vs quality if you don't wanna drop $400. Just make sure you get a good SD card cause cheap ones will crap out fast with all that constant recording

Any ideas for a dash cam?
I have a Viofo A119 v3 and it does an OK job for the price. Not super complicated, worked fine for a couple of year. One caveat is that my model does not support microSD cards of more than a certain size, cannot recall what that is. I am not going to say it is BIFL, and maybe no dashcam ever is. But this has worked fine for me.

I use VIOFO. I wouldn’t consider the dashcam themselves as a BIFL product as the quality continues to improve. That’s why I end up replacing them, not from failure but for better resolution, clarity, et cetera.

Cheapest I would go with is Viofo a119 v3 and if you want something better that'a bit more expensive then check out Viofo A229 Plus or even pro

You aren’t going to find ‘BIFL’ but Viofo A329 pro is your best bet, should last the life of your car. They are the top of the range in terms of features and quality. You can choose 1/2/3 channel based on your requirement and budget.
