Boots for winter and wet weather?
Controversial take , but I have a pair of WeatherProof brand boots I got over 10 years ago at Costco for 30ish bucks that still rock. I have had to replace the laces once and some of the padding is more mobile than I would like when I put it on (once laced up its fine). Walked by the display or the same boots this year for 38 dollars.

We’ve been surprised by Weatherproof brand wool blend socks from Costco. For the price point and wool %, they are comfy and held up well so far. Past experience I’ve worn through darn tough, wigwam, fits and smart wool faster (outdoor industry job). Partner is a delivery driver and puts in high mileage, can confirm.

Speed queen washers and dryers To an extent Toyota cars. Expecially the second gen Yaris. Weatherproof brand... Most things but the coats in particular. I have a lot of respect for high Sierra backpacks. I wish I knew what brand garden hose I have. It's been pretty great. Imagine most that are the heavy duty rubber would be similar. About 100$ per 50 ft though. And heavy. That's about all I can think of for now

Men's Everyday Pants under $100?
I found these Weatherproof brand canvas pants at Costco a few months ago, and I love them. They come in khaki, charcoal, and olive. I bought a couple pairs of each. They're lightweight but durable, and they have 2% spandax so they flex and don't tear out like 100% cotton does. Where I work, it's 85-90 everyday and about 80-90% humidity, and these pants are very comfortable even in this weather. They're pretty classy looking pants, but I do a lot of physical work in them and they've held up great. Can't recommend them enough. If you can ever find them at Costco, they're like $20-something a pair, otherwise try Ebay or Amazon but they cost more. Here's the Amazon link. I’m a big fan of Lucky Jeans. I have a pair of khaki traveler pants by weatherproof (Costco) that are very lightweight and flexible. They are great for warmer days when I want to look a bit nicer than jeans.

Flannel shirts that last
Honestly weatherproof vintage from Costco. They’re $12 and I wear flannel pretty much everyday this time of year. I have several that are 5-6 years old already and still look good as new.
