Duffel bag for airline check in suggestions?
I'm very late here, but I have used this extensively as a duffel bag for checked luggage: [https://zpacks.com/products/airplane-case-xl](https://zpacks.com/products/airplane-case-xl) It packs up into nothing inside your main luggage, and when you check it, it's weight it negligible. When you buy a bunch of souvenirs or such, you just put all your clothes, and durables into this duffel, and put the stuff that needs protection into your main suitcase. Each one has lasted me maybe 20 or so check-ins, so about $5 per time I check it as luggage. It's failure mode is that it gets a bunch of small little holes, but due to it's construction none have ever torn on on me, and I've never lost an item. Consider it consumable, but it's one of my better travel hacks, since I can carry a full sized checkable duffle in my back pocket if I wanted to.

Three Person Backpacking Tent
Big Agnes Copper Spur is the current “best” 3 person freestanding double wall tent. I’d personally do a Slingfin Portal 3 if I was going to buy a 3 person freestanding tent, but personally will probably end up with a Zpacks offset trip or Tarptent Triple Rainbow.

Where Does "Buy It for Life" Not Make Sense?
with UV shirts i keep trying diffrent ones to see which i like to the most. OR Echo, Patagucci Capaline, Z-Packs Merino, etc. the Capaline seems to be the nicest in terms of feel on the skin, sizing etc.
