What's the best cookware you've ever had?
My favorite pot is an induction ready 4.5 qt. Soup pot from the Cuisinart French Classic line. Previously I had a set of Cuisinart pots and pans that were not induction ready. I purchased Cuisinart multiclad replacements, but the French Classics pot has a better-fitting, heavier lid, with a domed shape for condensation to roll back into the pan. The multiclad line has thin flat lids, and the pans seem heavier tha need be. All that said, my recommendation now is to buy pans individually as you use them, making sure they work well for your purpose. And I personally hate All-Clad as I find the handles do not work for me.

Stainless steel pans
https://www.cuisinart.com/french-classic-tri-ply-stainless-cookware-10-piece-set/FCT-10.html These are the ones to get if you want Cuisinart. Very good looking set, Lids fit incredibly well. I went Tramontina and the only thing I don’t like about them is the slightly looser fit of the lids.

Stainless steel pans
I loved the Cuisinart French collection set (made in France, a little nicer finish and handle shaping IMO), but we didn’t want to spend the extra at the time.
