Tower Fan Cruiser Pro T3
The Dreo Cruiser Pro T3 is a tower fan (36 watts) designed for discerning users who value efficient and quiet cooling. Thanks to its compact design with a small base, it fits perfectly into any corner of the room and can be easily moved around with the integrated carrying handle. Safety is enhanced by a narrow grille, a stable base, and a surge protection plug. With a noise level of just 28 dB, it provides a disturbance-free breeze that is optimally distributed throughout the room by a 90° oscillation. Additionally, the fan can be controlled via remote control and offers a choice of five speeds and four operating modes, including an adjustable timer for up to 12 hours.

I went with the Dreo Cruicer Pro T3 last summer and it worked really well for my living room on level 2 and 3. Never had to have it on the upper levels actually so it succeeded my expectations. Although it's a little too powerful for my bedroom, even at the lowest level with the air pressure. The noise level is quiet but may be sensitive for some to sleep on

I got to hear the Phillips model at one of my friends house and yeah it's definitely louder at highest speed but it does push alot of air. Although I like the bigger rotation span and two+ more levels on Dreo Cruicer Pro T3 and that it's possible to open up and clean the vents.

if you just want the strongest airflow out of those three, the Dreo Cruiser Pro T3 usually feels the most powerful in real use. Towers fans are never going to blow as hard as a stand fan, but this one actually makes the room feel cooler rather than just giving a breeze at one spot. Philips and Levoit are quieter, but puffier.
