The Jabra Evolve 20 UC Stereo Headset (4999-829-289-01) is an entry-level professional headset engineered for easy call management and great sound for both calls and music. This UC-certified stereo headset features USB-C connectivity with an included USB-A adapter, providing flexible plug-and-play compatibility with virtually any PC or laptop. The noise-canceling microphone eliminates background noise while digital signal processing (DSP) optimizes your voice and suppresses echoes for crystal-clear conversations. Designed for all-day comfort, the Evolve 20 features a soft headband and on-ear foam cushions that provide passive noise cancellation by reducing high-frequency sounds like human voices. The in-line control unit puts essential functions at your fingertips—volume adjustment, mute, and call answer/end—without reaching for your computer. Wideband audio delivers HD Voice quality for both voice calls and music playback. With certifications for Skype for Business, Avaya, and Cisco platforms, the Evolve 20 works seamlessly with all major UC platforms right out of the box. The lightweight 171g design and 2.1-meter total cord length provide freedom of movement during calls. Jabra Direct software enables remote call control with leading softphones for enhanced productivity.

Need a good wireless headset for work…any ideas?
I’m with everyone saying a Jabra headset! Even a refurbished one would be great. The noise canceling is excellent (I can grind coffee and no one can hear it). The audio quality is clear and crisp. I’ve had mine for 7 years with zero issues. If you are planning to use it for both home and work, the Evolve line has a dongle (as opposed to a dock).

I also recommend Jabra. My dogs bark their faces off, I drop ice cubes in my yeti, my husband hammers on the walls and my client on the other end doesn’t hear a thing. Battery lasts like 3 days. I think I have the Evolve model.
