My charge 4 is 10 years old (that’s my guess) and still going strong. Been in rivers, thrown off the back of my car when I left it on the roof, etc. Works great, battery is excellent

JBL speakers are as close to BIFL as you can get with Bluetooth speakers. Built like bricks, great battery. I had a charge 3 that died after 4 years (because my dumbass left it outside for a month when I thought it was inside.) Went ahead and sprang the money for the boombox, I think I overdid it. It's not a boombox, it's basically a PA system.
