Best Quality of life gift ideas under $150
It's such a personal thing, but I love Purple Harmony. I also tried their super heavy one. It's like 11 pounds or something. I forget what it's called but I kind of loved it (in the store).

Pillows: Not truly buying it for life but
I have the Purple Harmony pillow and it truly was life changing. I don't know if it'll last forever. Frankly, I don't care. My sleep is so good that I would happily buy another one if I manage to wear this one out. That said, it's a very well-made pillow (as it should be for the price it demands)

Buckwheat pillows are terrible
I can’t say if this is truly BIFL, but I honestly think the best pillow is the Harmony by Purple. Their pillows are heavy, but they seriously don’t deflate. I’ve had many other pillow brands (including Saatva, Tempurpedic, some other famous company I can’t remember the name of right now) and they’ve all eventually deflated. The purple pillow I got my husband as a gift is 8 years old and still good as the day we bought it. I know because I got another one for my husband recently (our son kept stealing the pillow), and they feel the exact same. They also come in different heights, which is awesome for different preferences. I’m a back sleeper, so I do the low height. My husband is a side sleeper so we did the medium for him. The high is probably for side sleepers on a firmer mattress.
