Need BIFL Recommendations as a Graduation Present!
I love my 1950's Singer Featherweight 222k sewing machine and it's beautiful enough yo leave out as decor when not sewing.

What’s something you’ve bought once and never had to replace?
My grandma's is a model 99 but I also own a Singer Featherweight from 1955(was a coworkers moms machine) and a 1960 Singer 401a from the thrift store, they all work perfectly!

Probably a Singer Featherweight. They were/are nearly indestructible. They sold thousands over many decades.
