Every year I think about replacing my 2011 Samsung TV but it’s still going strong. The design and picture quality has held up. I’m sure the new TVs would blow mine out of the water side by side, however, everyone is shocked when I tell them how old it is.
I bought a new Sony Bravia LCD 55” in about 2010 and decided to buy a new LG 65” about 2-3 years ago. Honestly, the picture on the Sony was still great and after turning on the new LG, I realized I should’ve waited until the Sony quit working before spending $999 at Costco. I’ll absolutely wait until my LG stops working even if it’s 15 years for my next TV.

Looking for a television
Sony. My first Sony was a 55" Bravia Craigslist find in 2012. My second Sony a 50" Bravia BFCM deal in 2016. Both are still used daily.

65" TV Recommendations
I've had a 65" Sony Bravia XBR for 5 years now with little to issues and love it
