The Best office chair for back pain that is Affordable and Long Hours sitting?
Not a chair, but an adjustable standing desk saved my back. I have a steelcase amia chair I got from FB Marketplace (which is very comfortable and I would definitely recommend it), but standing a few hours a day is a real game changer for your back.

Herman Miller or Steelcase office chair?
Leap V1 is significantly worse than Leap V2. I decided to get a Steelcase Amia over a Leap V1.

PSA: Secretlab chairs are overpriced bullshit
I got a refurbished Steelcase Amia recently and I like it so far. I work from home and am in it all day, no issues.

PSA: Avoid Secretlab Chairs
This, got a refurbished Steelcase Amia off BTOD for around $400. My partner got a Leap from there for around $600

Is $260 for this office chair worth the price?
Well, Herman Miller makes more than just Aerons. Supposedly the Embody is much more forgiving and the back looks super comfy cause it kinda hugs you. I've also heard a lot of good things about the Steelcase Amia. I've only got personal experience with the Steelcase Leap 2 andthe Herman Miller Aeron (Remastered, size B). Both had their good and bads. Leap 2 was more comfortable to sit in when in random posture positions but it got hotter and the tailbone pain issue I had with it was a deal breaker. Aeron was not as comfortable for long sitting sessions but that's because I don't sit in the one position it wants you to be in. I want to try an Amia or its frankenstein version, the Lamia.

Is $260 for this office chair worth the price?
Depends on your budget. I also own a Steelcase Leap 2 and it is more comfortable for sitting in if you like to wiggle and move in and you can usually find them pretty cheap on FB Marketplace or Craigslist. Not to say it doesn't have its problems too. The Aeron is way cooler temperature wise because of the mesh and the Leap series has an issue where it can cause pain on the tailbone area. That tailbone problem is why I bought the Aeron in the first place. I've heard good things about the Steelcase Amia. Supposedly if you take the seat from an Amia and put it on the frame/back of a Leap, you've got best of both worlds.

Haworth chair on sale. Is it worth it?
If you can swing it, I'd recommend either a Steelcase Leap or Amia. they're both fantastic chairs and you can pick them up used for way less. I believe in Canada yall use kajiji, so I'd check there. If you're in the toronto area here's a few listings I'd check out: http://www.kijiji.ca/v-chair-recliner/city-of-toronto/steelcase-ergonomic-chair/1122085797?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true http://www.kijiji.ca/v-chair-recliner/mississauga-peel-region/steelcase-leap-ergonomic-chair-used/1121775229?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
