The Best and Most Comfortable Ergonomic Office Chair To Buy Now?
I got a steelcase from Crandall. I think it’s an amia. I sit cross legged a lot. It’s good for that too. For what it’s worth, I got a Herman miller first and found it incredibly uncomfortable. I returned it.

What's are home office purchases you've made that have more than paid for themselves?
Allsteel Acuity or a Steelcase Amia for me. I abhor Aerons due to the front of the seat pan.

The current best office chair for long hours? I'm now struggling with BACK PAIN!
I like my steelcase amia with is one of the cheaper ones. Owned mine for a few years and it still works great. Also try weightlifting if you haven’t. Weak muscles cause bad posture and make you more prone to injury in awkward body positions.

I've never owned a nice chair in my life (like a living room type of chair), ready to invest...
https://crandalloffice.com sells refurbed high end chairs Just got a steelcase Amia for my bday from them and it is in like new condition. Which is an upgrade from my previous Steelcase. I swear by steelcase chairs. My wife is using my old one. I picked one up from a garage sale 20 years ago for $5. It was built like a tank. It had a mid century sort of design. Unfortunately the wife didn’t like it and we had to get rid of it. I rub it in every now and then that we should have kept it ;)
