Best womens running shoes/sneakers please?
Is this more for everyday wear or are you mainly after hiking/gym shoes if you don’t mind me asking? if it’s the latter, then yeah, some brands should be holding up way better for what you’re paying. I’ll give you some decent options of what you could go with since I’m not totally sure what your budget is here: thinking $70 100 range here (not bargain bin cheap but also not how did I just spend $200 on sneakers?) first recc here would be Asics Gel Kayano: they’re stable and they last ages before the sole gives out. not too flexible. do give it a try first at a store to see if they feel comfortable or not. then the New Balance Fresh Foam: roomy toe box & cushy midsole. can feel bulky if you’re not used to that much foam tho so idk if it would be a big deal for u or not. not to forget the NORTIV 8: lightweight and the outsole grip is solid enough for light hiking or trail walking. not as plush as high end running shoes. i’ll leave [a link here]( https://BrandBeaconDeal.github.io/Bonus/?to=best_womens_running_shoessneakers_please) so you know which ones im talking about. also do check the size chart carefully.

Best walking shoes for men: which ones do you recommend?
I started buying running shoes from Fleet Feet several years ago. I've been very happy with the fitting process and the shoes I've gotten from them. I wear ASICS (Gel Kayano) now. As you and others mentioned, these shoes are consumables. Like tires, the materials knowingly break down with usage. I replace mine about every 250-300 miles. All my milage comes from running though. What I usually do is rotate my prior running pair into walk around shoe. But if you don't run I think they'd make good walking around shoes.

Recommended Shoes for All Day Wear
Sounds like you could be dealing with heel spurs or plantar fasciitis. Sorbothane makes inserts and heel pads that helped me a lot when I battled plantar fasciitis. ASICS gel kayano is pretty cushy too. Haven't tried any of their other models. I eventually settled on Brooks (Adrenaline GTS, Addiction, Glycerin GTS) and I live in them now. Had to wear them for a while before the pain totally went away.

How is ASICS durability?
The gel kayanos will last longer than most. I am highly experienced in the space and these are my daily running shoes.
