Stainless steel pans
I bought a Ninja Everclad 10" for $45 and I am unsure why I'd pay more than that for a frying pan. My other stainless steel pan is a Skottsberg 28cm "wok" which is really more of a saucier. Great for pasta & curries. Not great for frying.

What brand / type of pots & pans are worth investing in as a young adult?
Get the Ninja Everclad Triply. (Not the non stick). It is Ninja’s competition to the Allclad D3 at about half the price. I have a set and it’s top notch. Can go in oven too.
