The Women's Patagonia Micro Puff Jacket is a lightly insulated jacket for climbing. The revolutionary lightweight PlumaFill insulation that replicates the structure of down in a continuous synthetic insulation material, offering the warmth and packability of down along with the warm-when-wet performance of synthetic insulation, and innovative quilting construction that stabilizes and maximizes the loft of the PlumaFill strands with minimal stitching. It offers a center-front zipper with a storm flap and zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort. It is designed for high mobility and has two zippered welt handwarmer pockets and two internal drop-in pockets, with the left handwarmer pocket doubling as a stuffsack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop; plus elasticized cuffs and an adjustable hem to seal in warmth.

Looking for the thinnest and most insulting jacket
Having lived in cold climates, I’d argue it’s basically always better to layer multiple warm clothes. Specifically, I’d suggest something like a Patagonia Micro-Puff Jacket or Wool Sweater + a hardshell Gore-Tex Jacket. If you really want a single, light layer, then maybe check out the Patagonia Lightweight Stormshadow Jacket?? They have a thicker variant too, but it’s hard to know which you’d need without knowing how warm you run 🤷♂️

Warmest coat made of natural material that doesnt include down feathers?
I think you may just have to start layering a lot, extra big scarf, hats, long underpants, etc. I would also check patagonia micro puff jackets. It's 100% synthetic but since it's waterproof, I don't think the inner fill will attack your skin. REI has a good return/exchange policy.
