Henckels Kitchen Knives. I finally replaced my chef's knife and was very surprised in the difference.
Oh you can go much higher up the quality ladder than Zwilling. Brands like Shun and Wusthof have different offerings that are at least one step above a typical Zwilling knife. Zwilling is a good "entry level" option for really high quality knives, I love my Four Star series knives, but there are definitely more premium options, if you're willing to pay for them.

What’s a kitchen item you bought once and never had to replace?
I’ve had my set of Zwilling Four Star knives for over twenty years now.
